Description
Shows display window of hats at Christmas time; display includes Santa Claus, chimney with stockings, evergreen. 2012-0376. George E. Gallagher served as salesman for H. Liebes & Co., later head of coal department of Pacific Coast Steamship Company. Engaged in hat business in San Francisco from about 1913 to 1916. Shop was located in Hotel Sutter, 148 Kearney.
