Patrick Joice, the grandson of Susan Gulnac and great-grandson of Rufina Bernal and Carlos Gulnac, poses in front of a tree for a portrait. The photo is taken at the Bernal-Gulnac-Joice Ranch, previously the Santa Teresa Ranch. Along with his brother Mike, Patrick inherited and ran the ranch in the 1970s.
