Photograph caption dated June 15, 1956 reads "Flag Day ceremonies in Toluca Lake were highlighted by this rededication of a 30-year-old flag pole at 10000 Riverside Dr. which was revamped for occasion. Bugler Lee Mitchell, 13, blows 'To The Colors' as Scouts and civic leaders help raise flag. They are, left to right, Maurice Donnell, president George LeGrand, of Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce, Nack Neville, Harry J. Hutchens, Emmett L. Cogel and Bruce Kastel."
