Description: Left to right: Rene Nun~ez, Ernesto Cebada Eichwald, Thomas Varela, Oscar Acosta (lawyer), and Moctezuma Esparza turn themselves in on June 9, 1969, to police at Parker Center. They are four of the ten under indictment by the Grand Jury for setting fire to the Biltmore Hotel on April 4, 1969.
