Diane Coleman and about 20 other disabled people on the city's Advisory Council on Disability protest in front of City Hall, outraged that Mayor Bradley hasn't appointed a handicapped person as chairman of the council. A number of the disabled members resigned their post in protest. Photograph dated April 22, 1988.
