Description
Plat map of College Park Estates, Unit No. 2, Rancho Santa Paula y Saticoy, being a part of Lots E and F, Bristol-Duval Tract. Area of interest includes Aurora Drive, Aurora Court, Bucknell Drive, and Lots numbered 31, 61, 44 to 50, and 62 to 91. Tract is located south of the intersection of Telegraph Road and Teloma Drive and east of Arundell Barranca. A flood control easement is shown. Adjoining property owners: Mound School District, C.D. Woolsey, Hobson Brothers Packing Company, and Walter Scholtz Construction Company. Sheet 2 of 3.
