The building has an inclined roof and a tower. At left the building is a rounded shape and contains a second tower on top. Balconies extend the length of the building, while two staircases at center lead to a covered porch. Three blankets are visible thrown over the side of a fence at right. A road runs in front of the building, while a circular patch of grass is visible at left in front of the building. A horse-drawn carriage is visible in front of the building. Grass is visible in the foreground, while palm tree fronds are visible in the extreme left foreground. The ocean is visible in the left background.
