Photograph caption dated March 4, 1961 reads, "Valley Boy Scout Troop 411 needed tents for their frequent weekend camping trips. The North Hollywood Kiwanis Club donated them. Scout members Bob Sharber, 14, 17429 Wyandotte St., Van Nuys; Bob Riccitelli, 14, 7362 Leescott Ave., Van Nuys, and John Burke, 14, 17423 Wyandotte St., Van Nuys, carry their new equipment. In the back are Dr. J. Vinton Scott, 4725 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, head of the Kiwanis Club boys and girls committee, and Asst. Scoutmaster Douglas Dalley, 16612 Kelsloan St., Van Nuys."
