Description
This well-preserved structure (118 Throckmorton Avenue) was built in 1898.It housed variety of commercial ventures. In this photo the Mill Valley Laundromat is there. Frank Canepa, founder of Mill Valley Market, had his first store here. The upper floor was a rooming house which later which became apartments. (See similar photo MVU1060.)
