Description
This thank you letter was sent in response to the letter from Izumi Taniguchi in item: csudh_moc_0067. Mochizuki thanks Taniguchi for speaking with his father on Mochizuki's behalf. He adds that the documents Taniguchi's father sent cleared up the "Roseburg incident." Mochizuki also sends his regards from a mutual friend--Mochizuki's coworker at the Federal Aviation Administration in Los Angeles, Takashi Takeuchi, who remembers Taniguchi well from the Crystal City Internment camp in Texas. Collection of notes, articles, correspondence, photographs, and term papers collected by Yukio Mochizuki, a student at CSU Dominguez Hills, while researching Japanese American incarceration and Japanese Peruvian internment during World War II.
