This thank you letter was sent in response to the letter from Izumi Taniguchi in item: csudh_moc_0067. Mochizuki thanks Taniguchi for speaking with his father on Mochizuki's behalf. He adds that the documents Taniguchi's father sent cleared up the "Roseburg incident."
