Description
Bust-length portrait.
1990-1695.
Born in Sacramento in 1856. Attended Sacramento Business College. Served in variety of occupations - truant officer, clerk for his father Dr. Alexander Butler Nixon (Chief Surgeon in Central Pacific Railroad hospital in Sacramento), railroad machinist. In 1892, became mail carrier. Died in 1898, buried in Pioneer City Cemetery.
