Description
This postcard shows the Aquarium, part of the design of Abbot Kinney, who created 16 miles of canals to replicated the feeling of Venice, Italy in Southern California. Complete with Venetian style buildings and gondolas, Kinney's Venice of America opened on July 4, 1905.
