Description: Photo of Mrs. Olivia Shorter, 31, wife of the long-missing Baxter Shorter, whose tip to police led to the execution of three persons for the slaying of Mrs. Mabel Monohan. Having heard no word from her husband or knowledge of his whereabouts since he was kidnapped, Mrs. Shorter appeared in court and obtained appointment as the trustee of Baxter Shorter's property.
