Description
Kenneth Hopper writes Mr. B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., saying he is both grateful and overwhelmed at the amount of work Inoue and Mr. Takezawa have put into their answer. He shares that Professor Tsurumi regards such letters and documents as "of historical importance." Hopper says he had a very interesting discussion with Dr. Abegglen. He goes on to say that his pages on CCS (Civil Communications Section) seminars are now finished and that he is now working on the creation of QC Circles.
