Vintage cars of the 1950s are seen traveling on the Hollywood Fwy/Santa Ana Fwy exchange as well as along the Temple St. off-ramp in Downtown Los Angeles. Signage reading "Santa Ana Freeway" and "Civic Center" on the left show the Hall of Justice, and the Hall of Records in the background, and to the right of the photo, a sign reading "Temple St." shows City Hall, and part of the old Hall of Records in the background. Photograph was taken from the median strip separating the freeway from the on-ramp. Associated Architects John C. Austin, John Parkinson, and Albert C. Martin designed City Hall in 1926, and Allied Architects designed the Hall of Justice in 1922.
