The handbill reads as follows: "Advertising Department XXXIII Pioneer Hack Line, John J. Reynolds, Proprietor, Los Angeles, Cal. The Proprietor of this long and favorable established line, thankful to the public for its patronage, calls the attention of his friends and strangers visiting Los Angeles City, and the same generous public, to his new line of Hacks, Barouches, Carriages, Omnibus, and Coaches. Excursion and picnic parties. Safely and expeditiously conveyed to all parts of the City, Race Track and Fair Ground, or any portion of the country, by careful and accommodating drivers. Fleishman's Store, or at the Bella Union Hotel, will be attended with dispatch".
