Description
Photo of the construction of Joslyn Center. A sign reads "Carl W. Johnson Company, Contractors Engineers." The Joslyn Adult Center, constructed at a cost of $260,000, was dedicated on September 11, 1972 according to the Los Angeles Times. It was financed by a $75,000 gift from the late industrialist Marcellus L. Joslyn and a 1968 city improvement bond.
