Description: This Nov. 29, 1932, photograph shows Henderson Brothers Automotive Parts at 1501 K St. The Hendersons, Alvin and Erle, opened their business at 916 12th St. on Nov. 11, 1919, making it the first independent auto parts store in the Sacramento area. They added engine parts in 1921. The Hendersons moved to the pictured location at 1501 K St. in 1925.
