Description
Interior, exterior and garden images of Barbara Hutton's Japanese style estate including images of Japanese architectural details such as shoji screens and tokonoma alcoves.
Some photographs may have been shot by Charles Yerkes with his assistant Henry Carawan. (See letters from Carolyn S. Murray to Mexican Consul General: Office Records Correspondence.) These photographs filed with a letter from Axel Springer & Sohn re Jasmin magazine, dated June 1968 (housed in box 202 folder 13).
