The awards will be made at the ninth annual Hour Awards Brunch sponsored by the Hilltoppers of the Assistance League at 11 a.m. Jan. 28 at the Sportsmen's Lodge, 12833 Ventura Blvd., Studio City. Three gold hourglass charms, signifying "time well spent," will be presented to the three women judged outstanding in service to the Valley in each of three categories - civic leadership, cultural advancement and philanthropic service."
