On back: "THEN AND NOW--Armored Amphibious Tractors are operating these days in the Treasure Island Lagoon that once served as "home base" to the Boeing Clippers of fifteen years ago. As Armed Forces Day and the fifteenth anniversary of the 1940 World's Fair are celebrated by an "Open House" Saturday and Sunday (10:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.) on the mid-bay naval establishment, visitors will see that times have changed on the island that has "gone Navy".
