Photograph caption dated February 15, 1958 reads, "Vetern boxing manager Baron Henry von Stumme helps his new welterweight protege, Karl Heinz Guder, on with the speed bag gloves. Guder boxes Don Jordan in the 10-round main event tonight at Hollywood Legion Stadium." Photograph also used in caption dated March 8, 1958 reads, "Karl Heinz Guder, right, the German battler who has won and lost here, and his manager smile for the cameras in advance of tonight's Hollywood Legion main event in which the Teuton boxes Joe Miceli."
