Pictured is Bernard Harrison from Lincoln high school, possibly the 1931 winner of The Evening Herald's annual extemporaneous oratorical contest, as he is seen holding two trophies. His image was superimposed in front of a small section of the crowd that showed up to see the event. Photograph dated March 23, 1931.
