"Auditorium site: shown above is the proposed site of the Civic Auditorium in relation to prominent downtown buildings. Proposition F on June 8 ballot calls for Civic Auditorium to house national conventions, big league sports events and youth activities, and musical entertainments" -- clipping stamped "May 23, 1954" attached to verso dated "May 24, 1954".
