Photograph caption dated November 19, 1964 reads, "Air Force recruiter John Rytter packs a mean gavel in his position as District 22 Junior Chamber of Commerce governor. Rytter was presented the gavel as first president of the District which was formed this year by splitting District 7. Rytter says the district has shown a 31 per cent membership growth rate."
