Description
"A wall of stone leads into the entrance of the new Sambo's Pancake House which opened last week at 6601 Folsom Boulevard ... The restaurant is the Sambo system's third in the Sacramento area ... The building, leased by Sambo's from O. V. Humason of Sacramento, was built by the Michael Ryan Construction Company on plans by Santa Barbara architect Ronald Berkquist. It has 4,400 square feet of floor space and reportedly represents a development and equipping investment of close to $350,000"
