Photograph caption date stamped April 7, 1960 reads "When younger bowlers at Reseda Bowl complain about aches and pains, they make sure that Ted Bell isn't around. A few days ago, Bell celebrated his 80th birthday by averaging 136 pins per game in a night of bowling. Bell spends each weekday night at Reseda Bowl filling in as a substitute for any short handed team."
