A report to the Board of Supervisors of the county of Los Angeles regarding a report of the 1962 Supreme Court case between Arizona and California over the Colorado River system and its relationship with other water systems. The report also details who was in attendance and how long each process lasted. The report includes an extract dated November 20, 1962 that was presented to the board of directors of the Metropolitan Water District that assures the limitations of the power of the Boulder Canyon Project Act and summarizes the positions of politicians on the allocation of water to western states.
