Description
Photograph of the ruins of the Wells Fargo bank in El Dorado, ca.1930 (1852?). A squat, brick building is pictured at center, just in from a patch of dirt road. Two sets of iron doors are pictured, the leftmost open. Weeds have grown thick around the stoop of the building, and cuts of brick are missing from the wall that separates the two sets of doors. The picture file card identifies the illegible sign at left as warning relic hunters to keep away.
