The men are all wearing dark suits and the woman is wearing a light dress. From left to right, they are J.J. Bergin, Nora Forthmann, John A. Forthmann, Sr., and W. B. Bergin. There are large rock formations in the background across a small bay. Photoprint reads: "Presented to collection by Los Angeles Soap Company, [signature], Andrew K. Forthmann, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, December 5, 1975".
