Description
During the question and answer session, Irving Kristol addresses the following: the desirability of encouraging the formation of small corporations or small business enterprises, small and large businesses in politics, political issues at the state and federal level, Michael Novak of the American Enterprise Institute, and the large corporation as a prisoner of the market. Drucker addresses the following during the question and answer session: government’s hostility toward small business, the danger of nationalizing companies, the difficulty of having policy due to the premium of not offending small splinter groups, and the inability to earn the cost of capital.
