Description
Photograph caption dated February 17, 1958 reads, "Popular Tennessee Ernie Ford and Florence Useen, both Toluca Lake residents, put best foot forward to break first ground toward building underground parking space for Toluca Lake Executive Club's $450,000 building project at Clybourn and Riverside Drive. Director Jack Daitz announced building in spring and completion by June 19. Both Ford and Miss Useen are members of the TOLEC club."
