Description
This is the thirteenth track of an interview series with Peter Drucker on innovation and entrepreneurship, conducted by Fred Harmon. Drucker and Harmon have a conversation with Nancy Badore, executive director of Ford Motor Company’s Executive Development Center. Badore describes the lessons of leading the Development Center, such as thinking through the customer's reality, concentrating on a specific place to start, building on strength, and using models that start multiplier effects. She concludes by highlighting individuals who made innovative contributions.
