Buildings are shown going up at Camp Callan on February 5, 1941, where San Diego carpenters are earning $85 per week to add to the city's prosperity. When this camp is completed, about March 15, 7500 draftees will be trained there under 1200 Regular Army officers. Each group will stay three months, then new groups will enter.
