Note: Veröffentlicht (HB, Feb. 1868). - Dazugehöriger Text: "[...] Das links stehende, mit seinem hohen Strohdach über die andern Wohnungen hervorragende Haus, ist die Wohnung des Krobo Königs Odontu Azu, dessen Tod uns der folgende Bericht schildern wird. Im Hintergrund erscheint der Krobo-Berg, der nationale und religiöse Mittelpunkt der Krobo-Neger. [...]." Note translation: Published (HB, Feb. 1868). - Accompanying text: "[...] The house on the left,whose thatched roof is higher than those of the other houses, is where the Krobo king Odonko Azu lived. The report which follows describes his death. In the background you can see Krobo Mountain, the national and religious centre of the Krobo -Africans."
