Camp Pendleton, Calif.: President Nixon indicates a section of San Onofre beach, presently part of the Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base, which will be turned over for public use as a recreational area. The President, in announcing the availability of the land and beach front, approximately 4055 acres, gave newsmen a tour of the area aboard Army I.
