Joyce McCormick, 16, 1170 Masline St., Covina, during weekend encampment at the Van Nuys Air Reserve Center, 17000 Vanowen St. The youths are members of the CAP drill team which is invited to march in the Washington, D.C., Cherry Festival, April 8."
