Photograph caption dated February 20, 1965 reads, "Largo showgirl Candy DuBois gives Thad Spencer the word on George Washington and the Cherry Tree complete with hatchet demonstration. Spencer meets Chuck Leslie on Washington's birthday, Monday night, in an important 10-round heavyweight contest at Santa Monica Civic Auditorium."
