Description
Mr. Tompkins talks about his experiences working for the College Heights Orange and Lemon Association in the lemon packinghouse. Mr. Tompkins describes the fruit grading process, duties of the packinghouse workers, and where the oranges and lemons were primarily shipped out. Mr. Tompkins eventually became the foreman of the packinghouse.
