Includes a message from Maxine Elser, Secretary to Philip Chandler, forwarding a cable received by Mr. Chandler to Isidore B. Dockweiler, as well as the forwarded Western Union telegram from Kyle Palmer to Norman Chandler informing that the Dockweiler record is not available there, but POW names are released by the War Department.
