Description
Shown in circa 1915 is the entrance to Sacramento High School, located on the south side of K Street, between Eighteenth and Nineteenth streets. The school's most prominent feature, and clearly shown in the postcard, is its wood and galvanized iron dome. Its installation caused a bit of controversy as it was intended to be made of a durable and more expensive brick.
