Annotation translation: "Early 1914. The missionaries of the station Fumban and of the whole Grassfields, with Guests (Dr Müller and the Basel missionary Kirchner from the Gold Coast)."
Annotation: "Frühjahr 1914. Geschwister der Station Fumban, des Graslandes & Gäste (Dr. Müller, Br. Kirchner v. der Goldküste)."
Note: "Das Photo wurde nach dem Ausbruch des 1. Weltkrieges eingetragen." (Ch. M. Geary, E-30-0,7 und E-30-0,8). - Mit grosser Sicherheit nahmen die hier gezeigten Vertreter an der ersten BM Grasland Konferrenz in Fumban anfangs 1914 teil. (PJ).
Note translation: "This photograph was registered in Basel only after the outbreak of the First World War." (C. M. Geary, E-30-0,7 and E-30-0,8). - Almost certainly those present at the first Basel Mission Conference in Fumban in early 1914. (PJ).
