Description
Photograph of Morris Dam, 1938. The dim water collects on in the background behind the lightly-colored dam at center. The water fires out of three small holes at the bottom of the dam and through the wide spillways on the left. After passing through the limited openings, the water rushes over the gravel bed on the left. It then winds in a thin river between the rocky, jagged hills on the left and the dark, rolling hills on the right. A road which lies on the side of the hill on the left intersects a road that bridges over the top of the dam.
