Image of a Japanese fishing village along the old Beach Road just north of the Long Wharf in Pacific Palisades, California.
This is a copy negative (a photograph of another photograph). "Fishing village along old beach road just north of Long Wharf jetty" on item. Title transcribed from note from item; date devised by cataloger based on the history of the village which was started in 1899 by Hatsuji Sano and was burned down in 1916. The old Beach Road eventually became Pacific Coast Highway.
