Description
Peter Drucker discusses the following during his lecture: losing customers because of unpleasant experiences; the value of marketing if you know what you are trying to do; the appeal to retailers in Life magazine; fitting the message to the advertising medium; not doing things just because they save taxes, but because they make business sense; General Motors and executive compensation; looking at the implications of your compensation structure; and Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The recording begins with the lecture in progress. The audio begins to faint around 00:32:25 and becomes inaudible.
