Description
The Fair Oaks Hotel, c .1900, sat at the corner of Capitola and Main Street. Originally built around 1890 and used until about 1915, J. Murray Broadley, a pioneering settler from 1897, tore down the hotel in 1923 to use the wood to construct the home his family still lives in today off Main Street.
