Description: Sixteen motorcycle police officers ride along Sunset Boulevard and Douglas Street in Echo Park. All of their license plates have been covered with "L.A." over the plates, and some have small red bows attached below the plates. This was possibly for the annual Christmas parade. Crowds of people can be seen along the street. Photograph dated December 13, 1997.
