Description
"J. Zwelibanzi, Fingulehrer in Witkleybosch. 1883 ordinierter Missionar" ("J. Zwelibanzi, fingu teacher in Witkleybosch. 1883 ordained missionary"). A man (apparently J. Zwelibanzi) with beard in a suit and a dark jacket.
Johannes Zwelibanzi, born in 1832 in Burnshill near Lovedale (South Africa West), was a teacher in Snyklip from 1853 till 1866, in 1866 teacher and preacher in Wittekleibosch in 1892 preacher and missionary in Etembeni. He died in Doriskraal near Clarkson (South Africa) in 1901.
