Description: Exterior view of Alexandria Apartments at 635 North Kenmore. Report stated that apartments were leased for $250 monthly, but lessee obtained $776 rent. Investigation of asserted deals between state right-of-way agents and property leasers in the rental of apartments along the Hollywood freeway site bought by the state, highlighted resumption of a Grand Jury inquiry.
